BE CAREFUL
Double check everything that Joe says he will do because he will change it if you are not paying attention. He ONLY uses K&W interiors so if you have something different in mind make sure you tell him in advance.
Joe will not listen to you about your wants, he will do what HE thinks is best. Check, double check, and verify your bid before signing.
I had to have the troopers escort him off of my property after he hit me with his van and cussed me out.
His work is TOP NOTCH, just make sure you have everything signed and notarized before you start.
I am truly bummed that he went sideways on us because I really like his work. Most of which was completed by David, who is an amazing carpenter.

Our first home building experience was with J&M Homes. Their precision and quality is evident from foundation to finish work.
