At the risk of sounding clich: if youre searching for a top-notch, quality builder, look no further. Word of mouth in the building community and from other happy homeowners were unanimous in persuading us to choose Sundberg Quality Homes to build our custom home. We met with Tige and Traci over a year ago with only jumbled visions in our heads, and through texts and emails we sketched a very basic idea of the layout we desired, with all the requisite top ten must haves, the absolutely-nots, and the very few things we had no opinion about. Tige took it up on himself to design a couple custom layouts, impressing us by including details we hadnt thought about, and finding ways to accommodate our over the top desires ultimately resulting in a floor plan which exceeded what wed envisioned. Where there seemed to be no way any builder could possibly give us everything we wantedand stay somewhat within budgethe succeeded. Throughout the build process, Tige was always accessible and patient in answering questions, and Tracis attention to detail, opinions, and research during the design and selection process was priceless. Even with the unexpected delays due to extreme weather, coordination of availability of the various crews and economic lumber shortages, the Sundbergs delivered our home EARLIER than expected. SQHs hallmark of using only the highest quality subcontractors shines with the finished product. Well forever appreciate the Sundbergs for the endless hours spent they spent pouring over the finer details, dealing with our reversed decisions, last minute add-ons, and all the other over the top things theyve done to facilitate the creation of our dream home. The value added with this team is difficult to fully define, and we feel extremely fortunate to have been steered their way!
