Ryan Metcalf is extremely easy and understanding to work with. His building process is very high quality with a lot of standards being what is normally considered upgrades. We have built with him 2 times and each time got exactly what we wanted in a house that turned out beautiful! We would highly recommend him to anyone wanting an honest quality builder for their custom home.

We purchased a new home that another buyer had built and didn't work out for them, but it was perfect for us. Open concept, clean lines, not too fussy; I love his style and attention to quality workmanship. So glad we purchased in this neighborhood and skipped the cookie cutter houses.

We are currently in the process of purchasing a home from the Metcalfs in Moose Park. They have been so wonderful to work with. This is our first time purchasing a brand new home and it has been the easiest, and least amount of stress involved with our move to Alaska. The home is beautiful and built exactly how our family had envisioned it. Ryan, Shane, Ron and all of their sub contractors have been personable, have went out of their way for our customer service and you can see the care that they put into their craft.

Cuztomizing/purchasing my first ever home was a breeze with metcalf homes! Ryan metcalf was very hands on and involved throughout the whole process. I highly recommend metcalf to anyone looking to build in Alaska!
