This company will RIP you off and steal your credit card information. I used them to get a heater. They sold me an 20 year old heater then took a month to install it coming to my house 6 times because the installer witch is the son of the owner did not know how to install the heater. He then installed it wrong twice. The first time I had them fix it. The second time I got a different heating company to come out because my couch that was 5 feet away started to have burn mark's on it. I was told the BTU was set at 35000 on low but I put my heater on medium so I had it running at 40000 BTU. The max allowed for that heater was 35000 BTU. So they could have burnt down my house and killed my family. I called Andy Attwood and he told me he would not give me a refund and would not come get there heater. They Olson used my credit card twice with out my permission one time trying to charge an extra $400 and they tried to use it at IHOP.

The technician that came for the service call was not only knowledgeable, but cleaned up after himself and kept his work area tidy. He also was quick to respond to our problem. Thank you.
