Was having some freeze up issues, which I eventually resolved myself before the technician arrived. However, he did run a camera down the clean out at no charge. Normal rates are $300 for the call out, and $150 per hour labor charge. Unlike just about every other contractor, these guys don't charge extra for "emergencies", or weekends etc. Additionally, they were the only ones who could be bothered to answer the phone on a Saturday. I've decided to have them replace my septic tanks and piping in the spring as the estimate they promptly provided proved to be more than reasonable. So far, it has been a pleasure doing business with them. Prompt and professional.

Had an issue with our septic system over a weekend. They came out right away, which was great, and got things cleaned up enough to limp it along. Nice guy, friendly and he was very helpful. Pipe broke between the house and the septic tank. Estimate was provided and a time and day scheduled to complete the work. The day comes, they don't show up. I sent them a text, was told they will be here the followingf day. No call, no show again. Don't answer phones or respond to emails for the past 8 days. If you don't want to complete a job you agreed to do, at least communicate so your customer(s) can make other arrangements. Pretty basic principal. Based on the other 5 star reviews, I'm surprised this happened.
