Called Ralph for an issue that was unexpected but not necessarily an emergency. I was talked through some troubleshooting issues and everything to point to the lift pump. They offered to pump the tank and clean the lift pump. I was expecting that theyd be able to come out within a week or so but a truck showed up the same day. Clint was great, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above expectations to help fix my lift pump issue. I highly recommend North Star Honey Wagon and will recommend the company to anyone on a septic system.

These guys are rock stars! They went the extra mile and made the added effort to get to my place when no one else would/could. They chained up their trucks and braved my steep driveway. Friendly and courteous, they thawed me out and pumped my tank in below freezing 3 ft of snow. Even pressured out my lines to be sure the backup had cleared. Crawl space, kitchen, and yard. They did it all! I would highly recommend this very professional crew.
