        The store overall is great. But the store management needs overhaul. I had a concern about a product that was packed and delivered to my home that was damaged. They stacked 13 of 80 pounds of concrete on top of a box that wad crushed like a pancake. Instead of replacing the item. Management gave me 3 days of excuse not to deliver the item. Having exhausted every avenue to the local home depot store. I contacted Home Depot customer care. Explaining the frustration I've been dealing with. The result was outstanding. The same day, they they picked up the damaged product and replaced it. It took an act of higher power to put local management in place. The system works.
