Ive used this company for multiple projects including some large condo project. Recently had a fire egress window handle break in an occupied home. It broke within a month of them moving in. After emailing and calling several times over the course of SEVEN MONTHS, the repair guy is ordering parts that are 4 weeks out. It remains to be seen if they follow through on this repair. Despite the liability of the lack of fire egress this matter was repeated shoved to the bottom of the priority stack. Brands were fine and warehouse/ delivery service is good.

Came in to get a replacement door right after they switched systems. There was a little confusion on how to bill the door out with the new system, but the staff helped each other and others were watching to learn how to do it. Even with confusion I was only there for about 20 minutes. Their turn around time is less than a week where other places were telling me itd be 3 weeks. Fast, helpful, and friendly service!

Catherine Bliss is a magnificent kitchen, bath, and laundry room designer. Always helpful, always cheerful, and so easy to work with (even when things came in wrong or damaged).
