Our experience with Jen was phenomenal! Communication was great and we never felt left behind with the entire process of selling our home. Jen walked us through the process and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Jen made sure we have everything we needed. Our house sold in less than 48 hours being on the market with her. Before she even posted our home, she already had a game plan in mind and went through this plan with us and made sure we were on board. Definitely recommend her and her team!!!

Jen Majors is an absolute gem to work with. This is my second time working with her buying/selling homes. She is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and transparent. She communicates the entire process thoroughly and doesn't overlook anything. She will definitely be my #1 choice in the future! Thank you so much Jen!

I referred a family member to Majors Realty because I had a friend being mentored by Jon Majors. My friend was fired after the sale of the house. We both were contacted within less than a month to ask if we were still interested in purchasing a house. It was a confusing experience. Majors Realty never reached out to let my family member know that someone else would be finishing his transaction. They continued to share information with the employee that they fired and had her contact me to contact him, instead of contacting their customer directly. The house was purchased in December and had to have work completed once the snow melted. There was no communication with the Majors Realty team and then we BOTH received emails from Holly. 1. I did not buy a house and have no legal obligation or rights in regard to the property purchased, however, she did forward to me private information about the buyer and seller of the house ( including names, phone numbers, & addresses). 2. Her email was not of a tone respectful to a client. 3. She didn't even give 24 hours for a response to the email and attempted to call in less than 12 hours. Which was annoying, but when she didn't get a response from her business line, she used her personal phone to attempt to reach me immediately after not being acknowledged via her business phone. Again, I didn't buy a house and have no legal say in what happens at or to this property. I highly advise against both either working for or with this company. In the event it doesn't work out for you, you are risking your privacy and the integrity of your relationships.
