I highly recommend Ashley. The first two real estate agents I tried did not make me a priority. I am very skeptical of real estate agents in general. I really feel like Ashley was working for me, and with me. She represented my best interest.

Ashley is fantastic! We just sold our Alaskan dream home and it was because of her that we were so pleased with the sale. Sothebys was the obvious smart choice I am so glad we went with them. Ashley is one of those attentive and detail-oriented realtors that knows the market of interior Alaska. She is so easy to work with. Ashley knows her craft and is very organized. I interviewed many agents. What immediately impressed me was her face-to-face meeting. She is confident while listening intently. I knew she was the agent for us when she presented her online marketing campaign. Ashley is an expert in marketing and can feel out the market trends. She knows what sells and can tailor the offering to ensure the property presents its best potential. Our home was very well represented online. Ashley is a pro. We started late in the season and knew the winter would be challenging, but Ashley never let up. She was undeterred throughout. In fact, we went on contract and closed in the dead middle of winter so I know she can close on your timeline during the busy season. Also as you can imagine, the winter is tough for houses on the market due to being so cold. We had to move out overseas, yet Ashley was just as attentive as if we were in town. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns, even long-distance. When I had to arrange work on the house, security, snow removal, heating oil, and the million other details it takes to keep an eye on the property, Ashley was there advising and assisting me handle everything. She is fire-and-forget. As you can tell, I never had to worry about the sale. When it came to contracts and negotiating the sale, she was absolutely perfect. I trusted her and her firm to represent us and get our sale done with the minimum of stress. We got a great price, easy closing, and never missed sleep over it. As will all agents, you need one that uniquely represents you. Ashley and I just clicked perfectly and was the best choice I made in getting the right person to trust with the biggest financial deal of our life.
