We recently looked at a place where it felt like our realtor couldn't care less about us. Very rushed and unpersonable. Nonetheless we paid the $50 per adult application fee ($100 total) and never heard back from them. No one called or emailed to let us know, what I'm assuming is- that we were rejected. Definitely felt scammy and gross considering they took our money and never followed up. Maybe you'll find a place through them, but I'd leave it as a last resort.

As a military family we had a poor experience, said to be well qualified and yet turned away. The realtor that called us to tell us it was to small, in her opinion, didn't even know who we were. She thought we were someone she had already shown the house to. Then continued to try and convince us to back out, at least that's the impression we had 100%. Anyone with a family or kids would be better looking elsewhere.

These guys were GREAT! I used them for help with managing my rental for almost 1 years as well as helped me sell it when I was ready! They dealt with some really tricky situations for me with my tenants and really made my experience being a rental owner pleasant!
