They like to string along potential buyers. They dont respond by the time an offer expires, and they dont send documents for the counter. Instead they lead you on while waiting for more offers to come in. Very unprofessional.

By far the best team in town when it comes to real estate. I purchased my 2nd home through Madden, the best real estate in town in my opinion. Working with Sam Oxman for the 2nd time again was extremely pleasant. Very knowledgeable and got me all I requested throughout this journey. Ki Barney also did well, keeping me updated along the way. Our Madden agent, Gary Gallemore was outstanding. I was a first time seller and had no idea what I was doing. His team's assistance was phenomenal in guiding us through the processes and they had an incredible level of patience with me through out the whole endeavor.
