Ryan, thank you for your review. I am sorry that was your experience with my service as I know that was not my intentions, but I respect your viewpoint. I just want to briefly clarify and hope that you can see my point as well as I hear yours. I know you had a difficult schedule with work, school and transitioning out of the military amongst other life events you had going on and I did my best to accommodate your busy schedule after hours and on weekends as much as possible. I also did not have intentions on pushing you to purchase a home you did not want, just wanted to guide you through the process, not have you lose out on money and time and relayed the information from the sellers agent/seller to you so that you were aware of their willingness to get the home to your liking. I do recall talking you out of a couple of bad investment properties and protecting your earnest money along the way as well. I will be sure to take this feedback and make sure that my business continues to strive to do right by others. As that is my ultimate goal. Wishing you all the best.
