I cant say enough about Dr. Todd and his staff. Everyone is so sweet and they always greet you with a smile and remember you. Theyve never turned me down when I needed and quick appointment. Today I went in for a finger displacement and Dr. Todd didnt leave it at that, he proceeded to adjust my neck and crack my back as well to get me all inline. Professional but also relaxed. I refer everyone I know to them and will continue to do so. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

In November I attempted to make an appointment with the only Thai Yoga Bodywork specialist in town, who was associated with this clinic. I was told she was booked up through the end of the year, so I asked for the next available appointment, which was in February. I also booked a back-to-back chiropractic appointment at the same time to ensure my insurance would cover both. I patiently waited until February for these appointments, but when I showed up, I was very matter-of-factly informed the Thai masseuse no longer worked there and I did not have a chiropractor appointment scheduled either. The receptionist insisted she personally called everyone who had appointments scheduled with the masseuse to tell them their appointments were canceled. She insisted that I must have just not gotten the message, and her only explanation for the fact that I had no chiropractic appointment on the schedule either was that she just canceled all the appointments across the board for those patients whose Thai massage appointments needed to be canceled. She was like sorry, but theres nothing I can do now. I left messages for everyone, so you must have just not gotten it. And that was it. She was done with me. The end.

Follow up! Wow. I'm incredibly happy with the decision to see them. I also started massage therapy with them. I haven't felt this good in decades! Highly recommended!! Only had one treatment so far. However that one treatment has done more for my neck and back pain than 10 years of physical therapy! I highly recommend Dr. Lovell and the team at Ridgeview!!
