After experiences with several other chiropractors I was blown away by my treatment with Dr. Taylor. The headaches, fatigue and numbness in my fingertips went away within a few treatments. (I was rear-ended twice in the span of one year, which left me withlingering issues in my upper neck, on top of arthritis.) I felt less a patient and more an instrument beneath her skilled virtuosity, benefitting not only from incredible massages and adjustments but sage counsel with regards to self-care. Dr. Taylor brings an extraordinary, almost perverse attention to detail that fascinates and heals in equal measure.

Would cancel at the last moment, always had an excuse, would never own her own mistakes, when asked for a refund, she kept rescheduling to pick up check and then called my mother And I unstable along with other names

UPDATE 6/17/21I’m posting an updated comment because I’ve learned some valuable lessons. This one star review is written by my patient Debby’s daughter Rachel. Rachel’s review is dishonest. Debby’s $200 refund check was available immediately in our outside mailbox. She decided not to pick up her check after 2 days then ordered me to mail it in a series of abusive & inappropriate text messages. I prepared her entire file and discharge paperwork which took 4 days then I came down with the flu. I asked for an extra 2 days to which Rachel cheerfully agreed. Within 6 business days after patient Debby refused to pick up her check I mailed her discharge packet, entire file & check. I stayed in consistent contact with Rachel.Tandemly and without notifying me Debby called her credit card company asking for a refund of $500 (the full package of her visits). She had used 3 of those visits and was owed $200. I sent Square processing company 8 pages of evidence to fight this case. My card processing company withheld $500 from my bank account and gave me a 2 month processing estimate to fight the case. At the same time Debby attempted to cash a $200 check from me that was included with her discharge paperwork. So I was out $700. Thankfully I blocked the check she tried to cash on the exact day she cashed it. I called Debby directly and she told me that she was in a sudden financial crisis and surviving on only social security. I knew there was a bigger issue at hand here and I’m glad I reached out to her via phone. I have since reissued $200 to her immediately after she provided me with email evidence that her credit card company was no longer seeking a refund for the fraudulent amount $500.Debby’s condition dramatically improved under my care and she marked her forms “very much improved”. I’m sorry her daughter Rachel is writing hate speech online. It’s a shameful abuse of everyone’s energy. Rachel’s mom Debby is my patient. Not Rachel. Debby knows I had to reschedule twice due to a fever & flu that was too high for covid restrictions. I run a chiropractic clinic and touching people makes us a covid sensitive group. This all occurred in 10 day span of time while in consistent contact. This was my first flu of the pandemic. I feel like a champ.In the future I will no longer sell packages of visits to my patients. I don’t want anyone who is going thru financial hardship to feel the need to use my office to take money that doesn’t belong to them. I’m thankful I keep incredibly detailed notes & signed financial policy documents. Also I’m thankful to Square for their 5/5 customer service on my behalf. I wish Debby & her daughter well. I truly feel that this was a dishonest game and an attempt to extort money.Respectfully,-Dr. Lesley

Dr. Lesley is a master at her profession. Her knowledge and love radiates throughout her hands and smile with each session. She creates such a peaceful atmosphere where the pains and troubles melt away. I love how family friendly the accommodations are, all while still being able to make you feel like you are at a spa retreat with no kids. She gets down to the issue at hand and doesn't just cover it up with medications. I wish there were more drs like her. We love you Dr.Lesley!

I always enjoy seeing Dr. Lesley. She has become my go to masseuse and the fact she does adjustments is a bonus. She has a very welcoming personality that makes you feel comfortable when you meet her. I developed a weird issue in the beginning of last year where my ribs were out of place and got recommended her by my mom. Dr. Lesley helped move my ribs back into place which I was skeptical she could even do when first seeing her. Always feel so much better after an appointment.
