        The facial service itself was decent. Although, I've never booked an hour facial and received less than 45 minutes. Not pleased about that part. I mentioned this on checkout and it was explained to me time depends on a few factors that really has nothing to do with the service and time that should have been allotted for me. I was on time for the appointment itself. If that's the business practice then I will not be a repeat client.
