        I got my brows done by Ja at the Ulta in Tikahtnu and she did a PHENOMENAL JOB. My brows are perfect, and she was so professional and made me feel so beautiful. I will definitely be getting my services done by her in the future! Highly recommend

        Im hoping by posting this that some changes will happen. First off, the chair that is used is horrible! I feel like I am going to fall off into my brow gal. Please find something comfortable and stable. It puts pressure on my neck and back. Second, is the location of brow bar. You have it placed up front in store where all conversation is heard. All sales, all the cold air every time the door opens. I believe this should move to a quieter corner of your store. Thank you for opportunity to post.

      Dear Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to write this review, and letting us know your concerns. This is not the first we've heard about our chairs and our Global Team is working on it. As for the location of the brow bar, I personally like being up front where it's fun and interactive, being that our motto is "laughter is the best cosmetics, so grin and wear it"! We also do have double doors at Ulta Tikahtnu to keep the cold air from entering the store, We will definitely look further into this. Most importantly, we know that you must be pleased with your services here, otherwise I doubt that you would have shared your concerns to help us improve, and we sincerely appreciate your concerns and most importantly your business.
