Very appreciative of this place. I was in the hospital longer then expected. I had planned on having my storage unit emptied by the end of the month. Since I had a new home and didn't want to pay another month. They gave me a week to empty it and was very kind and understanding! Thanks so much!

I regret to say that my experience with Publix Self Storage on Debarr Road has been an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked through their doors I was met with nothing but rude and unhelpful staff members who seemed disinterested in assisting me with my storage needs. It was clear that their customer service was non-existent as I was constantly met with a dismissive attitude and an overall lack of professionalism. To make matters worse their business practices are highly questionable leaving me feeling uncertain and distrustful. The lack of transparency regarding pricing and contracts left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. This is undoubtedly a place to avoid at all costs as the combination of their terrible customer service and untrustworthy business practices makes for an absolutely dreadful experience.
