        Lack of basic maintenance during the winter has made it impossible for us to access our belongings in this storage unit. Huge ice formations in the base and sides of the door make it impossible to get in even with the use of ice, shovels, and other tools. There has been multiple occasions when I have tried to get to my belongingsand it has been impossible. Do not use this storage company. Cannot explain why would it be closed on Saturday or Sunday like thats when I would like to get my stuff since I work until late hours in week days.
