In response, the 2 section of the roof in question were flat. I dont know if you can trust someone who, does the wrong thing, when they know better. What you're crew did is shameful. I spoke with the owner. They were hired to shovel the roofs of condominium, the property manager was working with them. He has a loader and was moving the snow they pushed off. Instead of pushing the snow off, to where it could be moved. They covered the corner, it's so high you can hardly see the landing of the stairs. Then they dug out the electrical meters, so they can't deny what they did.

Steve, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We were hired by your property management company and had no specific instructions about avoiding that area. Yes, the goal was to get as much snow to the areas that it could be moved with a loader. Not all snow from a roof is as easy as it seems to get to a specific area. A roof's slope, gravity and employee safety are things we have to consider when shoveling. We did dig out the electrical meters, so no, we are not trying to deny anything. Professional, kind, puctual, and they dont talk down to you if you're a woman. Ever. Good prices, good work and will tell you "No, that's a bad idea" when you have a bad idea, as I often do. And they explain why! Highly recommended.
