With Love Photography

like everyone has said, my baby was born on 11/2/23, its now 3/8/24 and I have not received my photos. I went in for the session, she was very responsive in the beginning, sent me the drafts to select, she told me once I paid I would recieve the finals, I paid shortly after and then nothing. Shes been ghost ever since she received the payment and I am so heart broken. That moment is something I will NEVER get back, and this is my last child, ive never had new born pictures done until her, and never even received them. She told me she was going through things during the session and mentioned that people were upset with her timing, but not I understand why. The least she could do is communicate with me. I am about ready to file a small claims through the court house once I have the time to leave work. I even reached out to her for more business shortly after, asking about getting photos done for my nephew and never hear back from her. Not worth the stress at all.

Similar to what a few other people wrote, I had a good experience at first with Valerie, but eventually was very frustrated by the lack of professionalism in communication and massive delay in actually getting the photos. I had very quickly selected the photos and submitted them as final. I sent emails weekly asking about when they would be ready. I took almost 3 months to actually get the photos. Not worth the stress honestly, I would recommend going with someone else

We had an amazing experience with Valerie! Photos turned out phenomenal! She is very personable and responsive throughout, from inquiring to final photos. She is hands down the baby whisperer, and has the best variety of props in town! If you love rustic, wooden designs, then you must book with her!

My family and I had a pleasant experience with Valerie. She is very accommodating with schedule and she is passionate in her works. We love the output! She answers promptly to our communication.
