        I tried to make an appointment for my husband. The girl taking the appointment was rude because I didn’t want to explain to her all my husband’s conditions. She would not allow me to put in for a new provider. When I explained to her we put in for another physician, she told me that physician did not exist. I asked her to speak with someone else and she hung up. I called back and she put and left me on hold. I called a third time and spoke with another employee who told me the physician did exist but does not have any openings. At the end of this all, I still do not have an appointment. My husband is a prior patient in the office, and we want a provider change because his provider is part time and wasn’t in the office much. When trying to see someone else, we were told that providers do not share patients and we had to wait for her to come back into office. We have put in three requests to change providers but keep being denied.
