They dont even deserve one star they never answer the phone. I messaged them about 20 times in the email left about 10 voicemails two weeks ago and I still havent got a call back and when I finally got a hold of Mayellan One of the supervisors she is the rudest supervisor I ever had I dont even see why would yall put her in this predicament because she does not help any of the customers if she does she probably only helps her kind shes not helping people like me. shes very rude. She doesnt know how to speak to people and she tries to belittle people and think that were supposed to bow down to her because she has, our voucher in our hand, I never been so disrespected in my life Alaska Housing has fell off they do not care about the customer service they provide they do not care if people are homeless or not and now I see this is a big part of the homeless community because the people that are working or not really working. Theyre just sitting there doing nothing Cant even answer phone Alaska Housing is worthless

After I was done with what I had to do there I sat down to eat my banana & rest for an bit, the desk clerk told me I can't have u hanging out in the lobby. Which I'd okay,but I didn't stay there very long at all,like 15 mins.

I've had & used a voucher since 2020 & had great service until I was erroneously & illegally "Evicted", my new case manager didn't rtn 7 calls so we could nip this situation in the bud to stop event. Then literally gave me a rushed 2 min to explain my "side" then said "I'll just call the Director". Well, the issue was with the director. She was new at thus Park Plaza /Weidner property to groom 2 new gals & teach them the racket. When she started, the continual harrassment began directed specifically at me..i.e.,they continued to regulay place bogus charges on my door. They got $2,500 in money orders , (only in money orders??, not through rent cafe). It goes on. My point is this was the last 2 weeks of 2022 & I WAS NOT GIVEN CHANCE TO PROVE WHAT WAS HAPPENING. AK Housing just considered me wrong, never heard or looked at my proof. Now I'm an older disabled woman with a small service dog left homeless so someone at AK HOUSING could "start 2023 with a clean slate". Document Everything Guys..it will be your collateral later.
