"We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your visit today, and we did try to explain this to you when you called, but Our drive-through is designed for the safety of both our customers and staff, and it's important to adhere to the one-way traffic flow. We understand your frustration with your driver window not being able to be rolled down, but it is also important. We keep everyone involved safe . We hope you change your mind and give us a try again We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe environment for everyone." But in all fairness, the barista only asked you to turn around as she has been instructed to do because of the safety issues involved with driving through a drive-through going the wrong direction..
