2023 Q4: still haven't used boarding, so can't comment there, but review remains accurate. If anything i think the reliability of staff is without comparison.
2023:Staff and services are very well put together. Staff basically will know you even if you don't come in super often. Great attention to detail, clean, and honestly I'd recommend it.
Not open on weekends which can be a damper for when you might really need daycare. Seems to be mostly for the COVID dogs and RTO.

I never have to worry about leaving my dog with the folks of Howling Peaks! My dog always leaves so happy and exhausted. One thing I appreciate is that they dont let my dog walk all over them and instill some obedience and boundaries. This makes it easier to bring my dog home knowing hes not learning any bad habits while at daycare.

I bring my girls in for daycare once a week. They do pup art and it was the cutest! I love hanging my girls art work at home. I have a whole puppy art wall at home and I love it.
