they are the only grooming place weve found in anchorage that actually takes time with our dog! kept us updated throughout the day, and let us bring our own shampoo and ear cleaning solution.

Arctic Tails is Lexes new puppy play place. She is so excited to go on her days she literally dumps me at the door! When Lexe was attacked (in our neighborhood) she took a few days off and when I took her back to AT I explained what had happened. Later that day they called to say Lexe was doing just fine. They asked if I wanted them to clean her ear which had been ripped in the attack. We had done some but I sure. They spent 2 hours carefully cleaning her up and cutting her hair near the rip. I cant thank them enough. Lexe is a 9 lb. Papillion that loves Arctic Tails. I highly recommend AT and all their staff.
