Laura, Vanessa, and everyone at Unity were amazing throughout the entire process! Laura was great at working around my schedule and setting up video calls to make sure I could see the house and was involved in every step despite being hundreds of miles away during purchasing! Highly recommend them to anyone looking into buying a home!

Did not feel like we mattered much. Havent heard from anyone in over a week. We decided to use someone else. The lack of customer service and knowledge should be embarrassing to these folks. I know we are not spending half a million $, but at least treat people with respect. You have lost a customer and I will tell everyone I see looking for a property to stay clear of Unity.

We worked with Nicole and she was absolutely fantastic! She made our experience as first time buyers easy and as stress-free as possible, she made me feel comfortable from the first moment we met and was always happy to help or answer my questions any time of day or night, even after the transaction was over! I would absolutely recommend her and Vanessa to anyone looking to buy a home.
