It is ridiculous that their property manager, Chad who doesnt even live in the community and who is unaware of the dynamics surrounding his tenants, isn't even willing to take the time to go and figure out why his tenants are experiencing issues. instead allowing decisions to be made based on untrue assumptions. What's worse is that after forcing a pause on businesses, you provide no help, direction or resources in reprimanding the issue and when any* attempt is made, it is brushed under the rug and stamped with a 30 day notice. what a joke.

The property manager in Dutch Harbor, Lindsey Escalante, is unprofessional and a crook. Shes a liar and tainted a 14+ year business relationship between our business and the property. She made appointments that she didnt follow through with. She didnt communicate well with the tenant. She is suspected to entering the unit without notice. Everyone knows she steals and resells the thinks she pilfers. Shes a cancer to the community.
