Rented a highlander from Hertz and have no complaints. The car was new and clean. Pretty loaded with features too. Pickup experience was pretty quick and no hassles. Id rent from Hertz again

WARNING Avoid if possible!!! Very poor customer service! I rented for a week and was given a vehicle that no one looked at before being given to me, a persons notebook of items where in there (birth certificate, job paper work etc.) the car had Warning lights on and I took it back to get a different vehicle. Where customer service was RUDE they double charged the original $25 return fee BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE!!!! And rudely asked didnt you look at the vehicle before getting it umm the lady said she unlocked it and I alone went to inspect the outside of vehicle, the inside was locked as I noted on the form!!! Dont USE them! I even called to talk to manager and left a message NO CALL BACK
