Terrible service, in there class they say they help out with everything besides taxes and funding. Every-time I ask for help with anything. They say they dont do that. Took a tax class with them and wasted my money. I asked over ten questions and the tax expert didnt know one thing about self employment at all. Then I asked to work with someone else and instead they give me the number to the San Diego office. When Im not moving tell October 31st. All I needed help with is having help with getting a business plan. The office wasnt picking up the phone. So, I went in person to try to make an appointment and they didnt even make one. Instead gave me me the contact for San Diego, when Im not going there tell November

Got to say I was really disappointed in my experience. I have had friends and family work with the SBDC and they have reported amazing experiences. Instead I feel like the time I spent on the process would have been much better spent in other ways. And when I informed my advisor I wanted to work with someone else it got a little crazy and over the top.
