I requested information on a specific business. I supplied them with the business's name, address, phone number, and email address. BBB emails me back and reads as follows... We found this information for you regarding the business, it was the very same information I provided them ( my info). When I submitted my request I asked if it was a legitimate business and have there been any documented complaints? I received no answers nothing at all. They're not very helpful it was a waste of time.

Job well done! I was having some major issues with obtaining my refund for a return (picked up and paid for by their own people). After contacting BBB, I know longer received the ole run-a-round. The next day they finally issued my refund after fighting with them for 3 weeks. Don't hesitate to engage BBB when you are having issues. They definitely will help get it done! Thanks BBB!!

Using the BBB gives your complaint some merit, and most companies will treat you far more fairly in resolving a problem. Nothing but respect for all the BBB personnel that have helped me over the years!

There is no more effective and inexpensive way to get a business to do the "right thing" than by contacting the BBB! They know how to reach the people who have the authority and incentive to address the individual consumer concerns. Of course, it would be better if those management people could actually change improper corporate behavior on a "global" scale, but at least fixing it on an individual level is a start... In my case, the NW BBB connected me to a T-Mobile representative who honored my request to have my fully paid T-mobile cellphone unlocked without the unnecessary requirement to become an unwilling T-Mobile customer for two months. T-Mobile's "policy" is just wrong, and T-mobile knows it, but still uses it as a way to force their services on those who may prefer to use another provider. Thank you NW BBB for helping me get this resolved!

I'm grateful to have this organization to help with deal with Amazon poor customer service. The process is slow but it's better than no organization out there that can help consumer dealing with large corporation
