Been going here for over a year and I love the lady!! So nice and always helpful . Thats why I always return. Love coming in and just a positive bright attitude that makes my day. The prices are cheap and a variety of products. Thats why Ive been a returning customer for over a year. Wont go anywhere else. My opinion, best hair store in Anchorage.

This is my favorite beauty supply store in Anchorage. I moved here from TN and there are WAY less beauty supply stores out here than what I'm used to, but the selection at Queens always gives me the opportunity to do whatever strikes my interest. It's a better deal than the surrounding stores in my opinion, and the lady who runs it is amazingly sweet. She remembered me from a visit 2 years before I even moved here permanently, and she's always interested in how my day is going and what I'm changing my hair into. She has never been rude or cross to me, I feel like many people are mistaking her accent for an attitude, and that's not fair to HER or her business.

One of my favorite places to go. I fist visited early this year. The owner asked if I was looking for anything. I let her know it was my first time in & I was looking for some off the wall hair product. Of course they didnt have the odd product I was looking for, but I was impressed that the owner suggested other places I might find it. Because of that I make sure this is my first stop. The owner has taken interest in other non hair projects and crafts Im doing. I now will stop in to say hi & chit chat. They always have something that gets me in trouble. They have a massive inventory, so make sure you let the owner know what youre looking for. I kept forgetting to ask about an item for months & never saw it, because I was standing in-front of it lol I always look to visiting here
