        This is the driest, doughiest, unsweetened piece of cake Ive ever had. I gave a rating of two because the customer service was okay, NOT The Cake! Can we please start adding vanilla, sugar and real butter? I would be insulted if someone brought me a piece of bread with watered down icing that looked like cake. Honestly, if you want a piece of bread with no flavor, covered with watered down icing, you will love this place. On the other hand, if youre craving a piece of decadent, moist, flavorful, goodness keep going, this is not the cake place for you.

        Second time Ive been to this place and both times lady at counter was not very friendly. Looked at my daughter like she was gonna steal the iced tea from the cooler. Asked a lady a question about an item because I honestly didnt know what it was and all she said was its mousse. Bought a snickerdoodle sandwich and when I got into the car and tried to take a bite of it, it was as hard as a rock, red velvet cupcake was not so good either. Bought 2 drinks (iced tea) , cupcake, cookie, and the Oreo mousse thing and it was $21 ! Overpriced for not so great goodies, and the customer service was awful.

        This is the third and final attempt I will make to support your business. Every time I have come you have limited product for sale or the store has closed early. Loyal customers are hard to find, and I have been one for a long time. It should not so hard to buy your product.

      Thank you for your feedback.From your description it appears you did not allow the cake come to room temp before serving it. As we DO use real butter in all of our cakes and in the buttercream frosting, if the cake isn't at room temp (and served immediately from the refrigerated case) the butter doesn't have the chance to come to room temp and soften to make it moist. Much like the difference between cold butter on toast and warm butter on toast. The result will be a dry cake like you described. All of our employees are trained to relay this and to put directions on the outside of the cake stating for it to come to room temp before you serve it.

      After speaking with our employee she stated you asked for a latte and came back in after drinking about half. Then asked for her to remake you a dairy feee options to which you declined our options. She stated she then offered you a regular coffee and you declined that. She insist she made you what you ordered and tried to accommodate you but you declined any assistance or offers.

      Update: We did a full inventory of our products after your review. We have very few outs. The outs are either in production or we are unable to get the raw materials to actually make the items. Can you please email us exactly what you were looking for and unable to get.We take your concern seriously and are trying to resolve, but we cannot fix situation if we don’t know the specifics. Good evening. Could you please contact us via email and explain the situation? [email protected] know since the stores does not have a restroom they must close and use the bathroom legally by state statue. They are suppose to hang a note they will be back shortly. Today due to it being a holiday, the store did close early according to mall hours. As far as no product what are you looking for that is missing? As we make everything fresh we have deliveries daily down there and a checklist of what’s suppose to be out or if something is out of stock. Please email me so I can found out what is going on as this is news to us.
