Birch & Alder

Excellent latte, extra creamy w Alaskan milk, flavorful espresso. No option to walk-in but definitely worth the wait.

This place is perfect gem that most people drive right past. Their birch syrup latte is amazing and all their food as well, especially the foccacia. My only wish is that they open for more days!

Drive through only and OMG is it slow. Tasty food if you've got ample free time. Bougee/insta feel to the menu items and decor. We had the 2 scone varieties, cookie, bagel sandwitch & the focaccia with a drip coffee & OJ. Price is $$$ out of 5. Food was delicious. Scones & cookie were about 20% overpriced for their value (value = quality x serving size). Bagle was super chewy which was fun, very good flavors. Focaccia was also delicious. Both had enough salt to give my cardiologist the heart attack =). Coffee was not what we were looking for. It was not consumed.. OJ was fresh squeezed so slow to come out. I had to jump back to grab it and it was pulpy... just wouldn't have ordered it had I known it was that. Probably bring our own drinks next time. The wait was ridiculous for a drive through only place on a highway. Averaged 5-6 minutes per vehicle so you can calculate your own wait time. We were right at 25 minutes from arriving to the line and when we started placing orders. The picture shows our 25min line. We'll swing through again but only if there's less than 2 vehicles in the queue. Vegetarian options: Vegan Bagle option, also we got the Bagle without the Lox for my Vegetarian wife. Parking: Couple of spots to stop and eat but it's a drive through only shop.
