Gave me the cheapest price in town and it was the hi output model same price as the standard and even came out and tested my battery to make sure it was not the battery fault thank you!!

Fantastic service. Tested and confirmed a burned up starter, had a new one out the door in 15min.

My dad and brother were in a pinch and needed a starter flown to them remote for their hunting equipment. I just happened to try this business first and explained over the phone our situation and the sales lady at CPR helped me through identifying the correct starter for the Haglunds BV206. I swung by to pick it up and was on a strict timeline to get it to gold streak at AK air due to weekend closures on that Friday. I was told the price at pickup was $900 and was very sticker shocked but thought this must be at least close to the going rate and had no choice considering our situation but to buy and move forward. Come Monday, now having time to shop around, I found the same starter (OEM Bosch new) 1 block away at a competitors shop for $310 in stock. I also found the exact generic starter, provided to me by CPR, online for $156. I contacted CPR about making things right and they had no interest. They weren't even interested in buying our core and remanning it, even though remanning is in their name. We were brushed off and learned a terrible lesson on price gouging that day. We hope to save others from the same fate from this store.

Completely ripped off by this company would not even buy back core - rebuilders should not be in the name. 5 day return policy.
