I lived there for 3 years and would have stayed if i didnt need a bigger place. I highly recommend ptarmigan meadows. Its very well-kept with amazing staff members. Emma is SO nice, helpful and efficient. Overall an amazing person! Joe is also very nice and can do pretty much anything that needs to be done in a unit! Five stars for sure

Ptarmigan meadows is livable. Our unit was 5311 #7 and when we moved in the counter tops had several damage. We were assured they would get fixed. Three years later they did not. We had numerous leaks from the sinks and washing machine that leaked into the garage causing mold and Sheetrock damage. The Sheetrock was never repaired and the pipes leaked so much we put buckets under them to stop our personal items from getting damaged. Our dryer broke and they gave us a new set but the dryer didnt work because they installed a gas dryer and there were not any gas hookups in the apartment and it needed to be electric. We signed a lease for 1250$ a month, over the course of 3 years I was raised to 1,795$ a month and no repairs were done and no upgrades. We moved out and 6 months later they sent a bill to debt collectors and I never received my security deposit back. I would strongly advise that you do not move in here unless you have no other option. Maybe check Beans Cafe first.
