Admirals Cove Apartment Homes

The maintenance guy never read the work orders before coming over. The garage was never cleaned in the year I rented. Dogs would pee in the garage and the hallways. The ceiling leaked and flooded my apartment 3 times, once because a fire sprinkler went off 2 floors up, another time because the toilet upstairs overflowed. They never would tell me what the 3rd leak was. They didn't replace the carpet while I was renting. Someone stole my bicycle from the garage, and they wouldn't give me the video of the thief because it would "violate the privacy of other tenants". Weidner will not respect you as a human being.

I lived there for over 2 years and it was a pretty great place to live.

Do not move here since new management the place has been horribly dirty trash in the halls and garage the carpets in hallway are all torn up in building A the gym stinks and is never clean their was a candy bar in their for about a month molding and maintenance does not answer or contact you back when something is broken or wrong. AND the neighbors stomp all day and we contacted them multiple times and have not heard anything
