        The units and tenants are not bad. The apartment building is in a convenient place and also in ok condition, definitely could be better given the price to rent. Weidner overall is not the best but since they had a previous owner, explained why the building is still in living like humans condition. I would still recommend if youre able to afford it and can stand how small the units are regardless if its one or two bedrooms.

        I lived here before Weidner bought the apartment and life in the apartment was decent before Weidner bought it. However, the apartment started going downhill afterwards with increases in potholes in which Weidner refuses to fix. And guess what happened when we asked them to fix the potholes, they gave us a waffle party instead. The last straw was when my car was vandalized in this apartments. And yes, the reviews to the apartment does look suspicious.
