My girlfriend lived here for a year. Never caused any trouble. The bathtub had been painted with cheap paint that pealed. Light bulbs had to be replaced when first moving in. She dealt with neighbors smoking marijuana. Loud music at night time. Creaking floors. Leaky sinks that took months for maintenance to repair. Grass and bushes were not cut regularly. Her child got very sick. Couldn’t find out the cause. Decided to do a mold test in the apartment and the air vents in the apartment had mold growing in them. But management did not care or get it treated until we sent the mold test off to a testing facility. She did not receive her deposit back after completing her 12 month lease. She left the apartment in better condition than when she moved in. Changed all lights bulbs to quality led. Over all just a terrible place to live. Very poorly managed.
