    The ladies in the front office are amazing. They do everything they can to make sure we are happy. The maintenance men are really nice. I don't like corporate though. They are cheap and raising rent costs every renewal even when some apartments are not getting the same upgrades. The office made a list of all of my complaints and they are working to get it fixed.

    This place is outdated and appliances are falling apart. We just now got a new microwave after several work orders put in to fix it only for it to break again. The same thing is happening with our oven and dishwasher. We pay almost 1300 a month for our 3 bedroom apartment and that cost is not worth this place. The only positive is you do have nice square footage but that is it. Oh and for living here 5 years and always on time with our rent and this past month we were late one day due to the confusion on the website portal pay, (not our fault), and they charge you an extra $140 late fee on top on your rent. There is no grace period or discounts for even one of the most loyal customers in the area. The ancillary charges are $200 dollars and half the time the gym has been closed and can't be used. The pool stays gross a lot of the time. When our lease is up we will be sure to move out of here. The owners are money stingy and could care less about their clients much less the conditions in which they live in. On a positive note the office staff is wonderful, friendly, and tries their best to serve the clients needs, but ultimately they can only do so much because the company itself calls the shots. It is a corrupt company.

    If you are not living at Chapel Lakes, you are missing out! The amenities are fantastic, maintenance team is superb and office personnel AMAZING. If you are looking to move I can highly recommend Chapel Lakes. I know I will be a long-term resident. :-)

    What you should understand about Chapel Lakes Apartments. The ground under these apartments aren't stable. If you rent an upstairs apartment there expect your rooms to be sloped. View the open field behind the apartments there will be a huge muddy area or a pool of water indicating a soft ground. You matter, be safe.
