        I spoke with Sam and Tanner about scheduling service for both my home and business. They were able to get to both quickly. Tim did the service to my air conditioner at home and showed up a few minutes early. He was very professional and took good care of my unit (felt bad because it was steadily raining outside, but he never once complained about it!). Not long after the service, Sam reached out to me about a $50 rebate from TVA for signing up for the Titan 360 Maintenance Plan for an added bonus! I cant recommend them enough. Great company!

        Sam Griffin and his team did a great job installing our Carrier Comfort System! They arrived promptly, took care to ensure they did not tract in debris on a wet day, installed the unit, and cleaned up afterwards. In addition, they installed two new thermostats and walked us through how to setup and program the thermostats. I highly recommend the A/C team at Titan!
