Cold Water Inn

Poor maintenance! No hot water for the full hotel on my one night stay. The heater-A/C unit was louder than average The refrigerator made a louder than average noise on and off The drapes were coming off their hooks and could not be closed all the way- 1st floor pool- perfect view onto my room. #107 Faucets do not shut off completely and one leaks at the handle Lightbulbs out. Inadequate breakfast service. Cold coffee, empty food trays. The desk professionals were very nice.

Located just off the highway and across the street from Alabama Music Hall of Fame, this is a wonderful, beautiful hotel that fits any budget. Why stay at a chain hotel when you can have a more personal, unique experience for the same price? I love the interior, the updated rooms, and it just has an all-around great atmosphere. It is close enough to town, you won't have to go far (at most 15 min) for dinner, shopping, etc. The staff is wonderful, always ensuring guest satisfaction, as well as knowledgeable about local eateries (always trust the locals), shopping, and things to do. It is the perfect experience while visiting this small town and will make your stay that much more enjoyable.

My family had a great stay here over Christmas. The rooms were clean and everyone who worked there had a smile on their face. Tammy in particular was a pleasure to talk to.

Very friendly staff and services. Beds are not the worst, but springs were not comfortable.
