        I went into Micheal's around 5pm after work to pick up a package at the UPS access point. The line at the register was long with only one cashier. I don't remember the lady's name, but regardless of the heavy volume she greeted each customer with a smile. She worked as quickly and efficiently as possible to clear every one. I work in retail also so I understand the pressure at times, and she handled it gracefully.
