I remember this property before the new owners took over and what a change! Amber is friendly and is easy to work with. This is actually a nice place now.

We were at this place two weeks ago to reserve an apartment. The office is not in the apartment, I had to go to another place to fill out the documents, the manager took 40 dollars from us and promised to call in two days. I'm still waiting for the call, I think this makes no sense, because I was deceived and my $ 40 went to something else. This place is just fundraising for application fee. When we were at the apartment show, we noticed that everything around is very old and a lot of garbage. The nameplate of the apartment is not screwed to the wall, but lying on the ground. We agreed to leave money in this place only because we had no other housing options.
Im very upset, dont leave any money in this place, you still wont get into this apartment, it's just collecting money and promises to call.
