This place doesnt deserve a THE STAR Im giving! This place isnt it! I wouldnt let my dog live here! I wish someone wouldve told me about this place I wouldnt have ever signed a lease contract! I signed the lease on Monday which was the first of April! & left on Thursday! Aint no way I wasnt even in the apartment a week! Let alone 30 days! The apartment isnt worth living in! Roaches being painted over! The appliances are two different colors! The refrigerator is white, the stove is black & the dishwasher is white! Make it make sense! Then not only that the refrigerator had roaches coming from the top & the bottom! The light bulb hanging down! The inside of the stove is nasty but told me it was cleaner! The kitchen, both bathroom have different color flooring! The fixture doesnt work in the dinning area! Was told they needed to get an electrician out! How when I was told that the apartment was renovated! Not only that when you think of RENOVATION YOU THINK EVERYTHING IN THE APARTMENT IS BRAND NEW OR EVERYTHING IS FIXED! Then roaches are constantly coming out but was told maybe because pests control came in sprayed the apartment! Why is pests control in a renovated apartment????? I have kids & I dont want my kids picking up a damn roach! This isnt livable for no one! Then The property manager has a NASTY ATTITUDE! Im sure she wouldnt care because she doesnt have to lay her head there! I got more toooo say!
In reality its Expensive for the GHETTO. Sorry not sorry. I wish someone had told me. Over 1652 to move in and over 947 per month! I could go on & on! But something needs to be done! I want my MONEY BACK! This aint that

ITS FILTHY HERE AND THE MANAGER IS A DISGUSTING PERSON!!!
I can't reply to the account that responded, so I'll say it here. I'm not in your system? I'm here RIGHT NOW holding my lease, so idk why that would be. And I tried to speak to you guys DIRECTLY multiple times. Management is rude and disrespectful and that's that. If you cared about my opinions then you wouldn't have treated me TERRIBLY multiple times.

My sons lives in the apartment complex, and it is horrible! He constantly is having issues with the apartment. He is never able to get in touch with anyone from the office. They are never in the office. Their open hours on google are a complete lie. The complex is completely disgusting. Trash is all over the grass and streets. The dumpsters are overflowing and all throughout the parking lots. They only have their trash picked up once a week! Roaches are all throughout the apartments.
DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!

Its horrible, I would not recommend, The units are so old , They all need updating, The unit I was in had roaches , Everything is patched up not fixed properly, The kids dont even have a playground because someone took it upon themselves to burn the playground down, Trash and dog poop is everywhere on the property, i would only recommend this for construction workers, Not for a single mom and kids ,
