        Trinity is the only company we will have work on our home. We had some plumbing work done in January of this year and some problems arose in early March. The Plumbing Service Manager, Jonathan Humphries, personally came out to our house to address the issue not once, but twice. I could not speak more highly of his professionalism and commitment to service.

        We had a breaker go out that supplied power to the AC. Of course its the hottest week of the summer so far. Trinity came to the rescue, specifically Ted. He drove from Tuscaloosa to Birmingham to get us running again at 8pm. I highly recommended these guys for whatever electrical work you need!!

        Changed un necessary changes like his vehicle oil change tire and travel time which is 4 times more than government charges anything about me .did not seem to have rights tool to find leaks inside wall end up making 4 holes in my wall Service: Plumbing leak detection

      Hi! I am sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your experience using Trinity for your water leak repair. Our charges are very similar to those of the competition and in many cases, lower, but are most definitely in line with industry standards. We do charge a standard vehicle charge of $50 for normal wear and tear items related to the vehicle, and having the truck stocked with items for various repairs, and then travel time to the location since we do have to pay our technicians for that time associated with your individual job. Again, both of these are standard industry practices and are in line with other service providers of the same nature. Unfortunately with water leaks behind a wall, we do have to usually make several holes in the wall in our efforts to identify the leak. While this is not ideal for the homeowner, it isn't possible to know where a leak behind a wall is without the investigative processes, nor can it be repaired without making access holes once it is identified. We do, however, offer sheetrock services as an additional convenience to expedite the wall repairs for our clients.
