Right from the beginning Shane exhibited very professional and courteous behavior. When he visited to give a quote for the A/C replacement, he thoroughly checked the existing system, measured the rooms for the size needed, wiped existing system clean and gave us good advise on maintaining vs replacing.
After I did my research from 8 contractors, I found that Gipson's quote was midway from others. So when I mentioned that to him, he agreed on a quote that was amicable. He bought the system that I recommended Trane XR14, after my research and did a great job with the installation.
It was the best service ever with Shane sharing a ton of information about the system and it's maintenance. He was very courteous, caring and respectful and thanked us several times for the business. Overall, I'll definitely recommend him for everything technical to being amiable.
Several years later, our relationship with this service provider continues to amaze us. We used them recently for moving the HVAC unit and the tankless water heater to a higher level to make way for home improvements. They did a fantastic job of not only planning and moving these without any inconveniences but also working with the home improvement contractor to strategize the move. Great job, Shane and the crew! Admire your workmanship and attention to detail.

Can't say enough good things about the guys at Gibson. Sam and Houston came out today and helped solve a problem to get my heat running. Very professional nice young men that definitely know their stuff. All of my family uses Gibson when those emergencies happen because they come when you call and really care about their customers. Highly recommend them!

I reached out to Gipson heating after calling another company who lied and did not come out . From the phone call to the repairman coming out I was made to feel as if I was a priority , they were very courteous and prompt but over all their honesty and thorough communication is what sold me ! The repairman took the time to explain everything , I was able to make a choice , wow he could have just done a minor repair and made a major profit but he gave me options and that speaks volumes ! I called Gipson Heating & Air Conditioning company on Friday to schedule an appointment for an estimate for installation of a new AC. Anthony came the next day on Saturday, and scheduled next Wednesday (8/11/2021) to install.
Dawson and Clay came to install the new unit, they are polite and skillful young men, worked very quiet and thoroughly, they spent 6 hours, worked at the hot attic without taking any break, they even skipped their lunch until the work done. I appreciated their hard work and positive attitude.
Also, they serviced my the other AC units, I never saw such a detailed maintenance before. Their price is higher but includes the Fall season Heating system service, Im happy to have them to do the maintenance for my AC & Heating system.
