Hands down got to be the best bank of ever gone to in 20 years. I asked them if they took loose coins in the amount of $150 and they said yes and then I felt very bad because I thought they meant they had a coin counter. They sat there and counted all of my change while making great small talk. Everybody was just fantastic they all had a great sense of humor. Hands down got to be my favorite Bank in general. And I don't mean Regions, I mean the staff.

Regions Bank branch on Main Street in Trussville has excellent customer service every employee is eager to help. We have been with regions for a very long time. They have been a great help to my husband's business.

THE WORSE LOCATION IN THE STATE OF ALABAMA THE STORE MANGER TOLD ME SHE DIDNT KNOW ME SO I COULD WITHDRAW MY MONEY UNLESS I GIVE 3 forms of Id
This the bank and branch Ive been going to for 2 1/2 years they are rude the only location I have trouble with

Some dear clients of mine use this Regions branch. Their daughter passed away May 2021 and Jasmine Johnson helped them set up an estate account. Since then, on numerous occasions, Jasmine has continued to patiently and empathetically serve their needs.
Today I met my clients & Jasmine at the branch, by appointment, to attend to an estate matter. There was a brief wait while the transaction was prepared. During this time on a Friday before a holiday weekend I had occasion to observe several other bank customers come and go from the lobby. Jasmine, whose desk is near the front door, greeted several by name, and a few even came over to her desk for a hug.
Based on my clients gushing praise & this random snapshot of her work Id venture Jasmines customer service is consistently excellent & genuine!
