A deer hit my van last nite. Ruined fender, bumper and grill. Broke many plastic brackets including washer fluid tank under the hood. Called over 5 hours ago and have yet to get a response. Poor service.

Switching to ALFA has been one of the best decisions my husband and I have made. Their rates are the best around. Kristen is always making sure things are taken care of. My husband got in an accident I texted her and she called me, everything was taken care of so quickly. Needless to say we were shocked, because usually situations like that are stressful but she made everything so simple and stress free! So thankful for all of her help and support.
