In my experience, the staff at TransRisk is extremely professional. Brett is very knowledgeable. I've also found that he's always available, regardless of day or time. That one aspect has been invaluable to me. I've been so pleased that I have, and will in the future, refer any that I feel are in need of excellent service

TransRisk LLC is awesome!! Brett has always gone above and beyond when we needed something!! We had an issue with a driver a couple years ago over a holiday weekend.. Brett called us back immediately and helped us get things figured out.. if I ever had an issue with something I didn't understand, I could call or email Brett and he was always willing to advise or figure out what I needed to do. Thank you for helping us with our insurance needs, and for just being a friend for the last 7+ years. We appreciate everyone at TransRisk LLC!! And I would, and will, recommend them to anyone needing insurance!!

The quality of service that Brett provides is nothing short of amazing. After my first conversation with him, I quickly understood why he is considered one of the best in the business and came highly recommended. He is very knowledgeable and patient. His response time is great, and he makes sure that your needs are met. I feel like a valued customer every time I talk to him. He treats you the same whether you have 1 or 10 trucks. Everyone is equally important to him. Once you get a policy with TransRisk, there is no need to look anywhere else. We definitely won't.
